As an artist, I have always been drawn to female sex toys; my visual art is heavily charged with eroticism, leading me to view these objects—so delightfully functional for women—as worthy subjects for artistic intervention. Quirky Argent takes a functional female sex toy and elevates it to a realm of more carnal, desirable beauty. Without altering the physical design or compromising the object’s intended use, it transforms pieces that might otherwise seem “rigid and dormant” by adding an eccentric, beautiful touch.
This butt plug I’ve named “La Granada” (The Grenade) was inspired by vivid memories of my ex-girlfriend, Catherine Layolle—a French-Colombian woman who, due to absurd religious beliefs, never owned a sex toy. This one could be strictly forbidden, and likewise she always rejected the idea of anal sex.
